good news from Bass Rec (Derby)
Just a quick update. It looks like we may win by defult!
Planners in Derby are having a hard time getting retailers to be interested in the bass development because of the damage it may do to there business image.
Thus the development may come to a halt, as the retail development was due to fund the road culverts and bus station redevelopment!
