Arundel: A walk on the wildside! - Sunday, 29th June 2003

Yes folks it's time to dig out those walking boots. Following on from the successful walk of the proposed Hastings bypass route (that scheme was cancelled soon after the walk) there's another Sunday jaunt for your enjoyment.

Sorry it's such short notice but events are moving at speed. Please assemble at 2pm outside the 'Red Lion' Pub, High Street Arundel this Sunday - yes this Sunday - 29th June. We think the walk will be about 6 miles long and take in notable sites such as the protesters' camps, the 'Madonna shrine' and of course the magnificent woodland and countryside they propose to flatten.

For a map of Arundel please go to http://www.scar-uk.fsnet.co.uk/2pub.htm (takes 10sec to download)

For a map of the bypass route go to http://www.scar-uk.fsnet.co.uk/route2.htm (takes max 2 mins to download)

See you all there! and please let all other like-minded folk know.
