Notes and Legend

Compositions by the three Meissonnier brothers, Jean Antoine (1783-1857), Joseph
(1790-1855) and Jean-Racine (1794-1856) are sometimes confused. From 1821-1840
Jean-Racine was in Paris (rue Dauphine) under the name "J. Meissonnier", then
as "Meissonnier Jeune" from 1841 to 1845, then "J. Meissonnier et fils" or
"J. Meissonnier fils" from 1845 to 1860. The 'Methode', which this piece comes
from, is attributed to "J. Meissonnier Jne."

The tempo of the MIDI is 104 bpm (beats per minute - quarter notes), which is
slighter quicker than the Antonis Liopiris reference video.

measure 4 - in the sheet the 5th note E is a quarter note (not an eighth note)
            - (the 5th note of the equivalent measure 20 is an eighth note)
            - Antonis Liopiris plays measure 4 with the E as a quarter note -
